WHAT’S NEXT

  • EntryOnly.com will connect you with a licensed MLS Listing Broker for your area.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS for the broker to contact you (or 1 business day if order is placed on the weekend or holiday).
  • Check your email for the Listing Broker’s instructions email.  Make sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder as well.  Gmail users may see it in the “Promotions” tab.
  • The Listing Broker will provide instructions for how to submit your property information, description,  and photos to get you listed in MLS.

The Agent will list your property in your local MLS, and it will automatically appear on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and any real estate company website that has the MLS data feed. There will never be any additional fees due to EntryOnly.com.

After you complete your listing submission it will be listed in the MLS. Once listed you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a PDF of your listing and MLS number, so you can check for accuracy and request any changes.
