MLS – Negotiation Assistance (PA + DE only)

With this option, an agent from Simple Choice Realty will review any offers with you. We will help you come up with a negotiation strategy. We will communicate with the buyer’s agent on your behalf. Once the contract is executed, we can assist with the inspection negotiations and we will also review your final settlement sheet prior to closing.
